What we collect
Your account details (name, email, password hash), your compliance profile (state, license class, endorsements, the expiration dates you choose to enter), course progress, quiz scores, and orders. That is it. No ad trackers, no analytics beacons, no selling data. Ever.
Why we collect it
To compute your requirement plan, issue certificates in your legal name, and let your fleet manager (only if you joined a fleet with their code) see your compliance status.
Certificates
Certificate verification pages show the certificate holder's name, course, score, and completion date to anyone holding the certificate code. That is the point of verification; do not share a code you want private.
Fleet visibility
If you join a fleet, its managers see your name, deadline statuses, and course completions. Leave the fleet and that visibility ends.
We email receipts, completion confirmations, and deadline warnings you asked for. No marketing blasts without an explicit opt-in.
Data requests
Email us to export or delete your data. Deletion removes your account and profile; issued certificates remain verifiable (they are records) unless you ask us to void them too.
