Refund Policy

The rule

Any purchase refunds in full within 7 days of payment if the course (or, for All-Access, any course) has not been completed. Email [email protected] from the address on the account with the order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

After the window

Partial refunds after 7 days, or after completing a course, are at our discretion; ask, we are reasonable people.

Fleet seats

Unused seats refund pro rata within 30 days of purchase. Seats already assigned to a driver who has started a course are consumed.

What never happens

No refund is ever conditioned on a phone call, a retention pitch, or a survey.
